CMTRISK.PRO was set up by Fredrik Motzfeldt to provide clients with independent industry specific advice resulting in a better risk, insurance and people strategy, led by Fredrik’s over 30 years of experience with technology, media and telecommunications risk and insurance issues and around effective I&D (Inclusion & Diversity). CMTRISK.PRO also provides access to a network of independent experts consisting of experienced risk, insurance and I&D professionals who are dedicated to providing corporations with the best possible solutions when it comes to the management of risks. Working in partnership with our clients, we will build effective risk and insurance strategies and improve corporate cultures. We will give our clients access to a diverse thinking, including for effective risk management, insurance, people risk and project management.

Our Vision & Mission:

We are of the firm belief that there are massive changes (required!) a foot for the Technology, Media & Telecoms companies and their interactions with the risk and insurance industry, be it in terms of how you insure against TMT specific risks or through how you explore and (actually) deploy the use of disruptive technology solutions to deliver better risk results for your organisations. We will help you develop a different strategy to better manage risks, including building an effective risk culture that takes into account the need to ensure equal opportunities for all colleagues. One need buy-in from top down as well as with all colleagues and we believe that technology and I&D when brought together to better manage risks will improve results.

Tech solutions can be deployed more effectively and differently to help companies manage large and complex risks via effective culture. We will be working with technology leaders, clients, and insurance stakeholders to explore better and ground-breaking deployment of tech solutions in areas and manners where this to date has not happened effectively. Also, the need to better the I&D (actual) footprint and actual deliverables of the industry is essential and a risk that needs to be better managed. A key part of CMTRISK.PRO's mission will be to work with clients to innovate around and improve their technology as well linking tech solutions to improving their risk and I&D footprint.

Our Founder and Experience

Fredrik Motzfeldt, Founder and CEO of CMTRISK.PRO, has over 30 years of experience in advising multinational technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) companies on risk and insurance matters. Fredrik's career has included spending time in the US, including in Silicon Valley, working closely with TMT clients designing and implementing their risk and insurance strategies. Returning to the UK in 2002, Fredrik has spent a majority of his career working for large corporate brokers. As their TMT Industry Leader, Fredrik knows what makes an effective strategy towards TMT risk and insurance work. Our business model also allows CMTRISK.PRO to provide clients with access to a network of independent experts consisting of experienced risk, insurance and I&D professionals who are dedicated to providing corporations with the best possible solutions when it comes to the management of risks. In order optimise the approach to industry specific risks, we believe that disruptive technology solutions, combined with a better use of talent, will be essential to effectively measure, manage and protect against risks. We also believe that managing technology risks must also focus on full I&D if one is to achieve a truly effective risk culture.
